FAQ

Q: Did you really make a whole web site about hating Tuesday?

Clearly, the answer is yes. But since this is the most common question, I must answer it here anyway. Told you so.

Q: Why Tuesday?

A cosmic question, indeed. And yes, why Tuesday? Haven’t we put up with this blatant vulgarity on our calendars for far, far too long?

Q: But seriously.

Monday is the generally accepted day of hatred for business types, due to the sudden cancellation of three day weekend plans. But Tuesday bears a lot more responsibility for our distress, as Monday can simply be written off as a fact of life, yet Tuesday is when the real rancor and bitterness seeds that were planted the day previous come to fruit.

Furthermore, consider the research data on these enticing chart objects:

chart1s

chart2s

As clearly shown, there is a marked drop in meaningless quantifier on the day in question. Though it can be argued that every other day of the week certainly shouldn’t be rated at 10, studies have shown that charts with more wild extremes are more interesting to the eyes.

Q: But those charts don’t mean anything.

That’s not a question.

Q: Are you frequently asked any questions?

No, never.
